Mixing a lot of supplements. Is there a problem?

Creatine, Glutamine, Glucosamine, Multi-Vitamins, Minerals,Ginkgo Biloba, Cholorella, Garlic, Omega 3 6 9,Alpha lipoic acid, Grape Seed. If there is one missing can you post ? Thanks

I am not gonna start all at once.
But month by month I will add something and after some months I will be using a lot of pills. Do you think that is a problem ?

No, no at all but alot of the supplements above aren't very good. Honestly I'd scrap Garlic, and for your EFA's -- Fish Oil should be fine. I supplement Vitiman C and Vitamin E 3 4 time a day ( at different doses ) These are very important anti-oxidant. Ummm... you basically got it.

Revised List:

Creatine
Cholorella*
Glutamine
Glucosamine
Multi-Vitamins
Minerals
Ginkgo Biloba
Fish Oil
Alpha lipoic acid
Grape Seed*

* Replace with Vitamin E and Vitamin C if your looking for anti-oxidants.

A note that sometimes we forget, ignore or just don't care:

If taking suplements watch out what have you ingested 1 hr before and 1 hr after! Sometimes we are compromising the uptake of same minerals. For example if u are taking a multi-vitamin before going to bed, if you drink a glass of milk with it or after it, the iron absortion will be almost none!!!

(This is due to iron absortion should be done in a acid environment, drinking milk will ruin it, and in your intestine the absortion of iron and calcium are in the same place, and calcium besides of absortion previlegees would do like a "door-man" that won't allow iron to be absorved!)

-Don't ask me if a water-shake of weigh protein will do the same because e don't know... most of the shakes don't have calcium, this is a benefit (in this case) , but i don't know about it's Ph in the stomach)


This is just an ex of something that might happen! Imagine now the couple of mixes that we could do...

And remeber if u are taking and extra doctor's medicine with it!

I think order should be:

Whey Protein
Glutamine
Creatine (with carbo)
BCAA
Multivitam
Aminoacid (one capsule of 1 gr)
CLA
Glucosamin
HMB
Vanadyl (I cycle it...)

sometimes spend extra money with:
ZMA (still thinking if worths)
Animal Pak (it's Ok)

cut:
Prolab CUTSII (more or less) /
EAS Betalen (it's cool for burst before train)
Ephedrine HCL
