I was hoping that I could get some suggestions from everyone... I have been researching diets and I am trying to pick one that will work the best for my goal.
Here is a little back ground for you... 29yrs old 6ft 267lbs Bf 19-20%
I am not new to this(training for 10yrs) but I got carried away this last bulking cycle and I packed on why to much fat.....
I would like to get down to 10% and then hang out there for awhile. THen figure out where to go from there...
Thanks

This is what I have been eating to maintain my weight.

Too many protein drinks and not enough solid food.I`d drop the bread, dairy products, fruit, and hamburger`s ,and opt for more chicken, tuna, egg whites, turkey breast, yams, oatmeal, brown rice, and fibrous veggies.Do this at least until you get down in BF%.You have to eat like a Spartan at times and make some sacrifices to reach your goals.Have a protein drink with dextrose post-workout and a casein based protein drink at bedtime.I also think you are ingesting too much fat.Fat has 9 calories per gram, you will have to create a calorie deficit to get cut and lose BF.

so, you're saying that with that diet you're currently maintaining your weight?
and you want to get leaner?
the main things I would do is cut out the 5 pieces of bread, cut down the meat in that 4th meal (that is almost a pound of hamburger!), I would cut out the starchy carbs in meal 6, and replace that 12oz of milk in meal 3 with another protein source.
