For those who are lactose intolerant here is some thing that has happened to me over the past month or so and it has been nothing but problems. I can thank my fucken boss for making this wonderful thing happen becuase they wanted me not to be eating so much, but other people can eat their fat ass foods, and be there miserable selves although i can not eat my chicken and yam. So to accomaodate them I switch 2 x2.5 scoops of whey protein which increases my protein shakes to 3 a day. And me being lactose intolerant all this straight whey isolate caused my body to have allergic reaction resulting in a catbolic state where i was eating so clean and getting fatter even with cardio and this is not typically me. after contest time i usually gain 20-25 lbs and get hard as a rock and hold there. It took me several weeks to pin point the problem. The only variable i changed after the contest was increasing the amount of shakes to accommodate the bitch. I did tons of research from IBS to Divertictlius, to hemmoroids, and then I came across an interesting link that was about food allergies, a questionaire and I answered yes to all of them. I have been having axneity acts, stress depression, weight loss, constipation/runs, low self esteem, aches, being injured, I was just in a catabolic phase peroid. just becuase I product says "lactose free" Too much of a good thing can be a bad thing. Just wanted to share this so it doesn;t happen to other people becuase it has been nerve racking for me and my trainer who has been patient with me ever since. I go see the specialist wed to see what can be done to undone the damage..
