Gradually you hear a voice that tells you that perhaps you could save everything if that last binge was cancelled out. There's a pretty easy solution if you want it that badly. Not putting anyone down, just saying be careful... |
Thanks for the concern

Originally posted by I Are Baboon I have never put food in my mouth and spit it out for anything other than bad taste. Personally, I would not have bought the chips to begin with. To satisfy my crunchy snack cravings, I buy soy chips, Wheat Chex, and low fat microwave popcorn. |

[i][b]She now sees that eating is essential to a healthy lifestyle and the odd binge or treat won't set her back too much. She's now back on track I'm glad to say

Originally posted by dodgyone Yes, my best friends girlfriend started out like this. He got her into the whole fitness routine and healthy eating and she seemed to be really into it at first and doing really well. Then we started to get concerned about her eating habits. It took a while but she finally admitted she had a problem and it started just as described here by chewing food and spitting it out and then onto making herself sick after splurging on food. Thankfully she could see that she had a problem and went to talk to a counsellor over a number of weeks. She now sees that eating is essential to a healthy lifestyle and the odd binge or treat won't set her back too much. She's now back on track I'm glad to say
