Question about bicep curl

At the start and finish point of a bicep curl does your forearm become parrallel to the ground or do you finish with your whole arm being straight? (Vertically)

Go through the full range of motion - just make sure you don't lock your elbows at the bottom.

this is a huge mistake that I see people doing in the gym.. only taking the bbb or db down slightly rather than going through the full range of motion of biceps curls... and people wonder why they see no progress sometimes.
your probably going to have to lighten the weight that you were using for curls in order to complete the full range of motion but trust me, your better off!
