Wow, anyone try the Dannon Light 'N Fit Carb Control yogurt? I guess it comes in Peaches and Cream, Strawberries and Cream, Vanilla, and Rasberries and Cream. It's 60 calories, 3 grams of fat, and 3 carbs per 4 oz. serving. I tried some today and it's really good. However, I am skeptical about the macros. http://www.dannon.com/products/light...arbcontrol.php
Hmm. Anyone know how reliable this info is?

LOL, I'm still excited that I found CarbCountdown milk and can drink it again. If these macros are right, I can now have yogurt too.

Hrmm I been staying away from yogurt due to carbs and sugar but that looks mighty fine.
Only thing I am wondering is whats in those 2 grams of saturated fat.

what about Costcos?? you think maybe?
neither Sobeys or Superstore carry either.
Posted by: aggies1ut
Ah Costco wouldn't have the milk or yogurt. They carry bulk food items and this would be classified as a more "specialized food" that is generally not sold in bulk. As for Sobey's, never heard of it.

costcos here has food.. and its not in bulk....

Lol, a Costco that doesn't do bulk items. Welp, we must be talking about different places then. <shrug>No offense, but I'm glad I don't live in Canada.
