Every time you wil post a reply or a new thread this option ( Subscribe/Email Notification: emails sent to you whenever someone replies) is ON by default, IMO should be OFF.

Is there a way to turn it OFF ? I didnīt find it.
If there is no way, somebody with higher power can turn it OFF ?

It is off by default, in your usercp there is an option, you must have yours set to "yes".
