i limmited myself to 3 foods-chicken, oats, EFA(whatever it may be)..., in the quest to find what supp. is doing this to me. its been happening for months now.
i was almost possitive it was the creatine so i took it out. then i tried taking glutamine out for a while...still got major indigestion after postwo shake. im thinking maybe my multi has too much magnesium in it?
current supps:
glutamine-20g a day (split into 4 5g servings.)
bcaa-5 g l-leucine, 2.5 g of l-isoleucine, 2.5g of l-valine.
multi
whey(no more than 30g)

and if u take in ANY sugar alcohols that could be it too.
try switching to real food...and buying lactaid...its an enzyme not a medicine...

i think ill buy some then.
no sugar alcohols...but one thing i just realized, is that they whey ive been using, nectar, has a ton of asparatame in it...i bet that might be one of the probs.
but the thing is im usually fine if i just have the shake alone.
-im thinking that there might be contaminants in my cheap glutamine...
