How much Glutamine

I just got some L-Glustamine soft gel caps from gnc. How many caps should i take a day(each one has 600mg),thanks

I take aorund 15grams per day, that would equate to 15,000mg.

the most important time to take it is post work-out, also it's much cheaper if you buy it in powder form, then you can just throw a 5 gram scoop into your post work-out protein shake.

just go to GNC and return it to those fuckers and get the powder ones, i return their stuff there all the time, they are so fucking expensive and try to rip people off anyway so fuck them...

yeah they sold me some myoplex protein shakes for 70bucks then when i went online i saw it for 40 bucks so i just returned it.

I bought a 1000 gram tub of L-Glutamine powder made by ISS Research for 53.00. I take 10 grams a day so that is a 100 day supply if taken every day. Not to bad of a deal. I got it at my local healthfood store.

even $53 is a little high for 1000g you can get like prolab for around $42 plus like $5 shipping.

That's only 6 dollars more...
Generally though your right if you order online you usually get a bit of a discount. But for a few bucks difference, unless I want to buy a lot of stuff I usually just buy locally.

Prolab was a bad example because they are fairly pricey compared to Optimum's 1000g for $36 at 1fast400.com. I didn't see any ISS glutamine on there so i can't compare.
