Whoops, I sorta introduced myself while asking a suppliment question. anyways, I'm a 22 year old student living in Tacoma WA. I'm 6'1 236 (as of today) my weight fluctuates profoundly. My goals are to lose body fat, gain muscle mass, and most importantly, look good on the beach. I'm currently taking Zantrex 3 for fat burning, and Swole for muscle growth. Looking forward to getting a lot of great advice from what seems like very informative people.
