Question,

Yes it is legal now, but when it becomes illegal, do you think the government will get info off servers from these companies and notice if you stocked up?

Because once it is illegal, it will be a class III felony to have more than 50 tabs in your posession according the the proposed legislation.

What are your thoughts?

Mine are that, if you bought them before they were made illegal, while they were still legal, you should be ok. Is that your take?

Just being paranoid, cuz I want to stock up.

You cant be charged of a crime post ex facto "after the fact". Its in the constitution that the government cant charge you of something you did in the past even if it becomes illegal the next day. Although if you horde massive amounts of it and they find it then your fucked.

I honestly would worry about it. They won't go after you and me just those who are selling it after it becomes illegal. If your paranioid keep your invoice. It will show date as to when you purchased it "legally' Trust me they won't come after you bro.

There is one interesting fact though. If you buy a lot of this products, donīt forget to save the receipt. Because if you donīt, how you gonna prove that you bought before the law existed ?

Seriously...like fire said, you should be fine....the legislation will start from a certain date in the future and any past purchases should be exempt.

Selling your stockpile after the law is passed would make you a drug dealer so dont go doing that...just hoard them all for yourself...get really swole...then kick the politician's ass who passes the bill.

Even if u bought it legal it wuddent matter if u horded massive amounts of it and kept using it for years after the law was passed. Thats like somebody buying tons of cocaine in 1910 and then continually using it after it became illegal. But im pretty damm sure no cop could wanna waste his time chasing down some prosteriod user with a few bottles of M1T.

If you buy a legal PH/PS now, and the ban goes through and they become illegal: it will be illegal to possess them.

Read that again.

There is no grandfather clause, that is not being charged ex post facto -- simply, it will be a crime to have them. This is not merely like a ban on importation like cuban cigars, you are talking about possessing a class III controlled substance.

When people say "you will not have a problem" and they are knowledgeable on this topic, they are implying that the government will not go after you. They are not implying that the possession of these substances is legal.

But, if you keep them, and you are arrested, or your possessions are searched for other things, and they find these substances, you will be charged.

Maybe i wasnt clear enough but thats what i said about the post ex facto. They cant look at company invoices track you down and then charge you for buying them when at the time it was legal.

I'm pretty sure in NC it is an rx item. So it would be illegal. I'll have to double check.

Exactly, its illegal to obtain without a script, but not illegal to possess.

I am also pretty sure it is a misdemeanor, and not a felony.

Certain pain killers may be a scheduled substance, like morphine. You can get steroids with scripts as well, but it all depends if it is scheduled.

Have you ever seen anyone arrested for having an antibiotic?

Or do you believe that you must fight your pharmacist to get the script back, once he fills your order so that you can carry it around with your antibiotic whereever you go?
