Hey, Some of you might know me, Some of you might not,
but thats neither here nor there
I got some Nile Sust that had a 1/4 exp date on it. I am thinking the worst that would happen now is that it becomes less potent.
I am also trying to get a diet down. But I weigh about 225 now. And Mudge shooting for 5000 calories seems a little out of reach for me. Crap, I dont think I can that many shakes a day
I am doing 8 weeks of sust 500mg/wk . Plus 25 - 30mg of dbol for the first 4 weeks. I got about 200 pills, so give or take
Any thoughts??

I am sick bro, and I can't be on here 24/7, some other people probably sleep too.
Anyhow, you are correct, if the sust isn't crashed its simply lost some potency.
As for 5k or 6k calories, its not for everyone, you have to know what you need vs what someone else needs, 8k bulkers for bigger guys are not unusual.

With my weight, I am probably going to shoot for 4000 calories, I have seen dissapointing results when I consume much less calories
Any advice?
I dont think weight gainers, but I have always been a big boy so I never really tried them

Weight gainers for the calories are often expensive, but at least some of them have some protein. Retail I would guess to still have too high of a markup, and if you order on the net shipping adds up fast, I just eat my calories but I also take in milk and sometimes even some soda.
Donuts, corn dogs, hot pockets, those are my bulking foods of late, but that is for one meal of the day. The rest of the time I eat rice/chicken and things like that.

I might get a couple of Lean-weight gainer just for a little extra help.
On a side note,
Have you combined Clomid with Nolv before?
The way your HPTA will respond and return quicker with the nolva at the end since it will help to restart and increase LH/FSH making the job of clomid much easier.
The trick is that I may not have enough clomid at the end of the cycle, so I figured a combination might do the trick?
What do you think?

I finished using my clomid that way, because I hate full strength clomid, so I had 50/20 for awhile.
Nolva will cause an estrogen rebound, I would not use it through a whole cycle although I know someone who does, I prefer anti-a like arimidex or letrozol.
