I am thinking about using a steriod product to boost my strength for athletics, i have been wrestling with this idea for awhile trying to find good unbiased info on steriods but the only info i can find is either diehard pro or con steriods i would like to know if anyone had links to reports or studies on steriods. or if you could give me some advice. also i am hearing alot of talk about somthing called D-bol? what are the positives and negitives of this substance. please don't use indepth steriod language i am new to steriod lingo and practice. thanks
You need to figure out, if you need more strength at the same bodyweight, or if bodyweight is not a concern. Then you look at water vs non water weight gain steroids (mostly aromitizing vs non), once you figure out step #1.
