I have been using Swole for about 3 1/2 weeks now. I'm not sure what to think yet, but I was wondering if it would be ok to take Creatine Monohydrate w/ Swole? Example : Swole before my work-out and then later that night about 6-8 hrs. 5 grams of AST Micro-Creatine. Does anyone do something like that now, or tried that before, just wanna know if its more effective and safe. thanx

From what I have read, swole is creatine.
Not sure what effect the mixing of swole and creatine monohydrate would have.
Erik, I know you have written before that you are looking for mass gains (we all are
) but do not think that any of these products by themselves are going to give you that. You should look at these products as an assisting factor to your training & diet and not as a solution in and of themselves.
Just my 2 cents bro.

Swole is a supposedly more effective version of creatine, especially for those who are "non responders".
Swole V2:
Nutrition Facts
Serving Size: ~9 grams
Servings Per Container: 60
Amount Per Serving % Daily Value*
2CM Dicreatine Malate 3 g
Betapure Betaine Anhydrous 2 g
Taurine 2 g
Enduriac Glucuronolactone 1 g
Glycovol Glycocyamine 500 mg
Guanipro Guanidinopropionic Acid 500 mg
Dicreatine Malate is supposed to be a more absorbable form of creatine, especially for those who dont respond to creatine monohydrate.
Also contains Glycocyamine, which Ive read some really good stuff on!

If you have leftover monohydrate like me, take it on your off days, and swole on gym days.
