Getting ready to use whats left of my One+ from my first cycle. Got 2 questions:

1. I know that I have to be careful not to let my girlfriend come in contact with the stuff. Is it safe once it dries? Can't go a whole month without "nekid time".

2. I'm going to use ONE+ for 2 weeks (6 squirts x2 ED), and was thinking of using S1+ (5 sprays x 2 ED) for 2 weeks after that. If my math is right, that's 2 weeks of ONE+ @ 156mg 4AD & 44mg 1T, twice a day. Then 2 weeks of S1+ @ 150mg 4AD & 100mg 1T, twice a day.

I know these doses are a bit low, but I responded really well to a 2 week cycle back in July. Think I should go higher? Thoughts? Advice?

even when dry it could be transferred to her.

if you put it on your upper arms/shoulders that might help, just tell her not to touch you there! obviously if you put it on your thighs and abdomen those areas are very likely to get rubbed on her.

Damn. This should be an interesting month. She's not thrilled about the cycle as it is...now she cant touch me.

yeah, my wife does not like it either...

that is one reason I am really happy with the M1T, although I still use transdermal 4-AD with it.

The funny thing is, no matter how many times you explain that steriod/PH side effects are exaggerated and avoidable, people still buy into the stereotypes. There's no convincing my girlfriend that this stuff wont kill me.

LOL, yeah the media has made anything "anabolic" a BAD BAD thing!

I was just talking to my wife about this today, I said go up to someone at work and mention anabolic steroids and see their reaction. They will say "ahhhhh, those are really bad and dangerous, etc.". Then I said ask them why they are bad, what they will do to you, and what scientific support there is for thier claims (if they have any reasoning). My point was they will not have an answer, unless they remember some shit they heard on TV or read in an article.

I appreciate that she cares so much, but I'd like for her not to worry...just to know that I'm a smart guy who researches these things before jumping in. Also, you can see by my dosages that I'm pretty conservative with this stuff to begin with. I'm not one to take the most I can hoping for the most results. I'd rather work my way up to higher doses after accessing its effects.

So...any advice on dosage. I've researched it quite a bit, and know that the 1T is pretty far below whats typically recommended. Has anyone used similar doses with good results?

see how it goes with that dose, if you don't get much out of it increase on your next cycle.

there is nothing wrong with being a bit conservative at first to see how you react.
