Ok, finally got all my stuff, first cycle so lemme know if this is ok?
100 mg 1ad ED
100 mg 4ad ED
300 mg Norderm ED (my doctor brother says nandrolone is his favorite)
a serving or two of skulpt....ED
i think this will be my last question for about a month for this cycle....

don't think you will get much out of 100mg's of 1-AD.

i totally feel ya prince, but my brother talked me into keeping a low dosage for the first cycle to see how my body reacts, he;s done roids b4 so he wants me to be safe, plus i don't compete or anything, just lift for myself u know.....next cycle will be a little stronger....
U don't see any contradictions with these products do ya? i read somewhere that u shouldn't stack nordiol with 1-ad, is that true? but then there are stacks out there that have a little of everything so i really dunno what to believe????

completely understand, but even Ergopharm recommends 300mg's per day of 1-AD.
