Well, if a 220 lb man wants to add some muscle why can't a little guy? I see a lot of people think you should work out naturally until you reach your potential, and then step it up with gear. I honestly believe one can never reach his potential. I don't care how hard he tries. There is always something he could have done better. Plus, some people don't want to be huge. I don't have a specific weight I want to be at but I will no it when I get there. Probably between 210 and 230. I haven't been working out steady for very long, and my diet is far from perfect but I am planning a small first cycle because I want to. I am not lazy but yes a bit impatient. I am going to work as hard as I do now but I will be helped along with the use of technology. I can understand why you would be kind of stern with him regarding general knowledge of the stuff but why does size always have to be a determining factor? |

Originally posted by TheRoyalOne It sounds like you are packing for a road trip but don't know where you're going or how you're going to get there. Size is not a determining factor with using gear. Proper planing, diet and a goal most certainly are. You can't build a sandcastle without sand just like you can't build muscle without calories. Proper nutrition is the building block for muscle, gear only helps speed up the process. If you're not getting at least 2g of protein and 1g of carbs per pound of body weight you're not going to grow, with or without gear. People on this board only want to help. They are speaking from experience. You can go blindly or you can follow an experienced leader, it's up to you. From the outside looking in, I can assure you that if you haven't gained any weight after 4 weeks of dbol and deca, something isn't quite right. Just my 2 cents |
