Does anyone see a problem with taking Ephies white on creatine?

Don't take both at the same time....creatine puts on water weight while ehpedrine cuts it.....i don't think u'll have any health problems but u're pretty much wasting creatine....unless u can drink like 30 glasses of water ED....
creatine while bulk
then ephedra while u cut....

I use both, but i'm using creatine to keep my strength up - not to bulk.

yes you can use both, i use creatine year round.
I'm no expert on human physiology, but i think its pretty much been dispelled that stimulants which work on the sympathetic nervous system (ephedra, caffeine) cause any inhibition in the creatine phosphate system. Just drink a lot of water as said.

I don't think ephedrine is a diuretic, so yes, I don't think it'd make a difference if you took creatine with ephedrine. Goodluck
