Anyone know of any good training programs?? I've been lookin all over but you guys always seem to have an answer.

while on roids.. i would go with one body part a day... that is good for MAX sets... i noticed a HUGE difference when i started that routine... but then again i hurt my wrist... so take all your joint Meds if u plan on over doing it...
This is what it mite look like
Monday Chest
Tuesday Arms (but lately i actually heard not to train triceps and biceps on same day... but i dunno how legit that is)
wednesday Back and shoulders(traps ect)
Thursday Legs
Friday Off day(if u feel exhausted.. i just start over on friday)
then repeat... but thats what has helped me... 20-25 sets on biceps will leave u aching but u will grow if ur eating rite...
