Splenda Cheesecake???

Has anyone tried this yet? It's on the back of the BIG bag of splenda......I have one in the oven...damn thing was a pain in the ass to make. Sooooo, it better be worth it.

hmmmm its not on the back of my Splenda box... you americans get all the good stuff I swear!!

Ok..here it is: But I think I would buy the crust already made if I make this again.
Crust: 1 1/4 c Graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbs melted butter
1/4/c splenda granular
Mix indgredients together and press inot a 10' springpan (not that I have a clue what a spring pan is, so used pie pan)
Filling:
1 lb (2 8oz packages) Regualr Cream Cheese
1 lb Fat free cream cheese
1 1/4 c splenda
1 1/2 Tbs Lime Juice ( I used lemon, lol)
pinch of salt ( I omitted)
4 large eggs
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Beat cream cheese and splenda until well mixed and smooth. add juice and pinch of salt, beat until smooth. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. (this part I found to be in the pain in the ass so use a mixer)
Pour filling over crust and bake 50 to 60 mins or until slightly firm to the touch. Let cool 15-20 mins before placing in frig for 4 to 6 hours.
Now the bad stuff....
Makes 16 servings ( I swear this must be NORMAL serving size)
Total calories 200, 130 from fat, total fat 14g, total carbs 11g, sodium 290 mg, fiber 0, sugars 3, protein 8.

BAGS of splenda?? 
where do you buy those? we only have boxes and lil packets.
not bad recipe, lower in carbs eh, fats still pretty high. give or take I guess!

I think with 16 servings theyd be tiny. Id do damage.. and I dont even like cheesecake. haha

The fats are a lil high, but I don't eat much in the way of fats....soooooo, I'll have half the cheesecake! LOL
We get the bags of splenda at the food store. It's like 275 grams or 9.7 oz.
I'll let ya know how it is shortly. I'm waiting on Craig to get home before we try it. I suggested cherry or strawberry filling for the top...but he told me no. Meanie!
