When you purchase gear over the internet, I have saw a few diffenrt places that will sell a prescription to go along with the order so customs want take the gear (as the site says).
Can I still get busted if I buy an online prescription for the gear I buy.
I have not bought any yet. I was just curios so if I decide to buy some off the web in the future.

When you get a prescription though its for low doses, the law probably specifies how much a person can have in the home.
Prescriptions also often cost a good deal of money, some charge $750. Also of course it must be prescribed by a doctor in your country, a Japanese doctor over the internet can't prescribe something to an American legally.
I have been made aware of someone recently who is not even licensed to do so, he may be in some hot water soon, this person was a dentist, not a true HRT doctor.
