Hello all!

Great forum. I just started looking it over. I was online looking for some info and ran across this site. So, my story is typical, I am a fat tub of lard and don't want to be like that anymore. I am 32. I weigh 215 and have some (could be debatable) definition. Actually, last year I dropped 60 pounds swimming. That did wonders! I got burned out on that though. Now I want real definition and size. I am a complete novice. I know bodybuilding and getting huge is a life-long achievment, you folks work long hours with discipline to look and feel great. I have all the time it takes. I am dedicated to working out and a proper diet. My wife and I are moving our 40 sailboat to the coast and living on it/cruising. So, I am gonna look for information on gaining muscle and definition without the use of a gym, or too much equipment (which could come un-shipped during heavy seas).

I don't want the local islanders to scream: "AAAAH! look! Great big fat pasty white American! Run.....hide the roasted boar and the POI!"

Thanks for letting me join you discussions! I'd take all the advice I can get.
