Creatine w/out worryin bout BF

Is there a good creatine product out there that I can use that wont be so hard on the BF levels? Ive been hearin a good deal about Swole v2. and v12. But i think it was one of those that i heard is harsh on the BF levels. Ive never taken any supp. like this b4 I am just thinking about giving it a try.

I agree with this statement. But the problem is... The high levels of sugars. Which could be a problem while cutting.

ok thx, i figured it had to do with the sugar content anyways. can anyone reccomend a brand that lays off the sugar a bit?

oh and oaktown....if you only went to my college ud understand. I dont study till 1 in morn, nor do i take shit from any teachers. I do things in this order: workout, ladies, school. as u can see schools last but not least on my list of things to do. i guess its the atmostphere man. where did/do you go to college?

high levels of sugar are only if you're using a fancy shmancy delivery system like cell tech or something. Just get plain creatine monohydrate (prolab, optimum, any reputable company). I would never load creatine using a glucose delivery system, those have like 90g of sugar per serving.

I take plain creatine monohydrate with 40g of protiein and 40g of glucose post workout, thats the best my in my opinion.

Try maltodextrin instead of the glucose itl work better
