Just get plain creatine monohydrate (prolab, optimum, any reputable company). I would never load creatine using a glucose delivery system, those have like 90g of sugar per serving. I take plain creatine monohydrate with 40g of protiein and 40g of glucose post workout, thats the best my in my opinion. |
