Since i'm training hard on my muscules and now i've started
ju-jitsu trainings, when should i take the post-workout shake? After the bb training or the ju-jitsu training?
note:
(my BB training is first, and after an half-hour i go
to the ju.jitsu training, in ju-jitsu i don't push a lot
since i'm only doing tecnical training, but it's a bit
aerobic)
What do you think?

Your body really needs the shake post workout (preferably within 1/2 hour). I'd be sure to get a good meal asap after your martial arts class, too. I try to get a big meal in an hour or so after my post workout shake

I'm now taking it after my BB training and before my martial arts training, after ju-jitsu i've got dinner in the next few minutes...
I'm just checking you you all aagree with me or not...

I would agree that you should (or at least I would) take it after the bb session. Window of oppurtunity and all that
