Has any one tried this? I have taking 100% Whey as a meal replacement throughout the day (eating 5-6 times taking abou 2-3 shakes). Having been aking decent mass gains but have been eating cleaner to try to lean out.
I was wondering if it would be more effective to take the MRP rather than the whey. Any coments or suggestions?

yes, it would be more effective to take an MRP.
Taking just a whey protein shake in place of a meal isnt the greatest thing you can do. The whey shake doesnt have good ol' carbs or other nutrients that your body would get from a whole food meal. and also taking just the whey protein may make you hungrier alot sooner than u normally would be since it is digested quickly. casein would be a better choice.
