Just looking for some advice and maybe some help!

How is everyone doing?
My name is Matthew I'm 21 and from Colorado Springs Colorado. To tell you what I look like well I'm about 6 feet tall and weigh in at or around 175. I've been weight training since the age of 16 but haven't been "actively" doing it since I turned 20. I set a goal for the year of 2004 by gaining a good solid 10 pounds hopefully before summer!
My biggest concern with gaining the weight is gaining body fat. As for right now I'm a pretty lean guy and lots of people around my gym already ask me if I am a model or compete in competitions or have any plans to. I look at myself and think that these folks are crazy, but they could be on to something. I hope by signing up for this sight I can meet and chat with some people who have some information that they are willing to pass on to a youngin in hopes for getting some size this summer! I will try to post some pics as well so you can get a better look at what I look like and maybe some areas I can work on.

Hi Matthew and welcome to IM !
I highly recommend starting a journal and recording your workouts and diet so that those here with the knowledge can help you when you need it . And ask lots of questions.

I'll get right on it and in fact starting next week Monday I will start keeping track of my workouts and diet! Anything in particular I should take extra notice on???
