FF - SF Pudding

1/3 cup egg whites
1 TBSP Fat Free Sugar Free Cocoa powder
2 TBSP Non-dairy Powder milk
Hot Water
Mix all ingr. in a sauce pan, stir till it thickens a little..
You can add cinnamon, vanilla extract, some sweetners if you like..
I'm going to try it today w. some cinnamon and mix it with cottage cheese
