Diet Help!

Please help me someone who knows how to lose 20 lbs! Last year a friend of mine who was a body builder put me on a diet. I really worked I was 115 lbs and a size 2!!!! Now a year later I am 130 lbs -- I need to get back to that again. I just want to know if this diet will work again or if there is something better. Below I have listed my diet / exercise routine. Please let me know what you think!

I work 7-3:30 pm
4:35 - 5 am - elliptical or run
5:30 am 1 cup Special K and 8 oz skim milk
9 am - 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese & 1/3 cup or 1 package Quaker instant oatmeal
Noon - 1 fat free yogurt and 1 bannana
Workout at gym (Mon, Wed & Fri - weights Tues & Thurs cardio for 40 min)
2 pm - bagel and 8 oz skim milk
Walk or run 40 min
5:30 pm - Chicken (4oz) salad w/ fat free french dressing
9 pm - 2 oz tuna

Let me know what you think - if I should switch or what I should do!!!!

Want...what part of Wisc??? I was born in LaCrosse.

Are your goals to just loose the extra weight or to compete?

No I do not want to compete - Just tone and loose to become a size 2!!!!!
