2/3 cup oats
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 egg white
1 TBS chocolate protein----or more
1 TBS coco
Splenda to taste
Pinch of baking soda and baking powder
Water to blend
Blend oats in blender till powdery. Add all other ingredients. Blend till cake batter consistency.
Spray frying pan with pam. Cook like a pancake. This tastes JUST like chocolate cake. I like to use a smaller pan, and make 1 big pancake. Topped with strawberries is delish!
