Peanut butter is a fat not a protein - you need protein Meal 5 7pm-Turkey, chicken, or lean beef with rice,green beens 16oz swole v2 with water. Is that brown rice? Add in some EFA's too Meal 6 8pm-whey shake,with whole milk with fruit. EFA's - you would be better off with some cottage cheese than whole milk. Add plenty of water and fruit for snacks. Fruit should not be a snack but part of a meal. Green veggies are a snack. Thanks for you input. |
