How many cals do you guys deduct on your off days? Personally I remove my PWO meal, which accounts for probably 400 cals of my daily intake, but I see that there are certain people who eat the same day in day out, whether they're in the gym or not. Opinions?
Peace.

i go without my whey shakes, and usually one carb source late at night, overall about 300-400kcal

The only difference on my off training days is no post work-out protein shake.

Okay, so I remove my PWO meal, which is:
1 cup oats
50 g whey
This is roughly 400 cals out of my daily intake. This work out okay? I suppose my off day protocol of 2 carb/pro meals and 3 carb/fat meals is fine...I'm just left hungrier without the gym to distract me and cutting one meal out of the equation...i swear I'm hungry all damn day, even on a 2800 calorie bulk.
Peace.
