What do ya think of this workout???

Hey i'm new to this forum but i was reading it and liked. I was wondering what you guys think about my workout. I'm in college and workout five days a week. I've been liftin for a little over 2.5 years. I'm about 6'1'' and weigh like 195. I'm tryin to get bigger but still look sorta cut. But anyway... here it is, let me know what ya think.

Monday:
Bench Press- 4*15-10-8-6
Incline DB Press- 4*8-8-8-12
Flat DB Flyes- 3*10
Low-to-High cable crossovers- 3*10
Wrist curls- 4*25

Tuesday:
Pullups- 4*max
Barbell rows- 4*10-10-10-15
single arm rows- 3*8
lateral pulldowns- 3*10
seated rear lat raises- 3*12
abs

Wednesday:
Deadlifts 3*10
Hyperextensions 3*max
Leg press 4*10
Leg extensions 3*10
Leg curls 4*10
Hip adduction 3*15
Hip abduction 3*15
Calf raises 4*15

Thursday:
Arnold press 3*10
Hang clean and press 3*5
Overhead db press 3*10
Alternating lat raise with static hold 3*10
External db rotation 3*12
Barbell/DB shrugs (superset) 4*10
Abs

Friday:
French press 3*10
reverse grip pushdown 3*10
v-bar pushdowns 3*10
kickbacks 3*10
Concentration curls 3*10
hammer curls 3*10
incline zottman curls 3*10
21's ( at least i think that's what they're called) 3*21

the main problem I see... you should not train 5 days in a row.

besides that... where are your squats?(no squats = less legs)
