Daily Values + Vitamins

I know as your calories increase, so should your macros obviously increase also. But with an increase of calories, do you Daily %'s of vitamin + minerals increase also?

Yes, the RDA is based on a person with caloric intake of 2500 calories. If the RDA is a joke, values too low, imagine what you would need in a 4000 calories diet.
Like I said in other thread, you just need to watch to not exceed in fat-solube vitamins and minerals.

Just do a simple math, that way you can estimate the amount you need. Well, that is what I do.
