whats up with all the different methods that they use for isolating/concentrating whey. As far as protein quality and retention of all of the essential amino acids, and the denaturation of the protein, is there any difference from one method to the other.
for example cold filtration vs. ion exchange.
there are a lot more though. does anyone know, or know have a link that explains it.
