Sesame Snaps

You know those little packs at the tills of grocery stores-usually 3 or 4 packs for $1. They are just sesame seeds, and sugar/glucose/honey?? They are so yummy-Im always tempted to buy them! BUT, Does anybody know the macros on them first?

in Canada we dont have the nutrional info on everything. companies dont have to.
sucks, thats why I used to like buying groceries in the states, it was cheaper too and diff products than we could get!

what i really like are those wasabi green peas that you can buy n bulk, they are always thrown into those trail mixes with the sesame seeds

The thing I'm always tempted to buy at the damn grocery store is dried pineapple cubes and coconut flakes. Best food ever.

I ate a tonne of dried coconut, pinepple, AND mango when I was in Hawaii a few years ago. It was sooooooooo yummy
