Hi,
I am a newbie to the board, but not to working out. But I have hit a major plateau and discovered this board while trying to find info. There is so much crappy info out there, I was very pleased to find this site.
Anyway, like I said I am at a plateau (with fat loss) 
but here are my stats:
31 y.o. female (well, 30 until Thursday!)
5'8"
160 lbs...ugh
20% bf
...and I can bench 140 (which I thought was good until I read some of the other women's posts on the board!!!)
