Basic push/pull. Nothing wrong with that. For a 3 day I personally like:
chest/back
legs
shoulders/arms

if it works for you then it's good, for me i do
tues-legs
wed-chest/bi's
fri-shoulders
sun-back/tri's
this is currently working for me, and i like working opposite muscle groups because i feel like i can get the max effort out of them

i do what u do leg_press and its working great for me. just be careful not to overtrain arms... for example i only do 1 set of actual tris on chest/tri/shoulder day.

What do you all think of this, Id rather do a four day split, I have only a little time to work out each day
Mon: chest shoulders Traps and tri's
Tues: Lower back and abs ( I have a lower back problem so I need a good day of it )
Thur: Hams glutes and calves
Fri: Upper back lats and bi's and forearms

Monday- Back/ Tris
Wednesday- Legs
Friday- Chest/ Bis
Sunday- Shoulders/Traps
Peace.

Thanks everyone. Good advice Premo but I was told that I needed two days of rest (ie: Sat, Sunday) plus the gym is only open from 10-4 sat and 10-2 sun

that's a weak gym, i wish i had my gym at school the thing was open 24 hours, i would play basketball and lift until 2:30-3:00 at night sometimes

i like doing an upperbody workout the day after my leg workout because i usually run or do some cardio on my off days, hence i would be running if i had an off day right after legs, and i usually hit my legs really hard so i don't really have the umpf in them to do any good cardio so i throw in an upper body day the next day
