For a little ethnic flair try this with your steaks/lean beef:

1 lb Lean Beef (sliced into thin strips)
3/4 cup of Low sodium soy sauce
2 green onions chopped
1/2 cup of sliced onions
3 cloves of garlic (pressed or chopped)
3 Tbs Sesame Oil
1 Tbs Roasted Sesame Seeds
6 packs of splenda

Take the sliced beef and rinse it under water, get some of the blood out of it. Add the ingredients and massage it all together, put it in the fridge to marinate (atleast 20 mins). This tastes great over a grill or even in a pan.

May be a good side dish to Don's brown rice recipe lol.

You can use this with any beef to marinate....btw this is an adjusted version, mom would freak if she knew I was using splenda instead of sugar Oh well enjoy.

Just like my mom when she sees me "frying" up my version of her German potato pancakes on a nonstick pan with spray...

This looks delish, and I am panting to get to my buffalo butcher so's I can try it. Korean food is one of my favourites. Got more?
