1 Scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein, mixed with 2 tbsp. peanut butter immediatley followed by a Serving of Swole V2 and Glutamine. This is just what I do anyways.

sounds tasty ive heard of peanut butter in protien shakes i though it would be yukky !!
