Liquid creatine is a joke. Does anyone knows how many doses that is for $60?, it just says 540 ml. I'm not to great with metric conversions. Look's like a classic example of supplement industry hype.

i would stick to plain creatine, or creatine plus, or mega creatine, thats what i take and it works great for me.

Liquid creatine is usualy 1/10 the potency of micronized powder. I have yet to see a liquid that actually gives the same doses as the package claims.
