I'm about 5'11 and a bit over 70kg so I need to gain weight.
I dont know about calories and what not so what I really want is a diet that tells me what foods to eat, and not to get 1000 jules of protein in a day or whatever (excuse the ignorance)
I am in school 5 days a week so that makes things difficult. My breaks are 1030 - 1045, and then 1245 - 145.
Breakfasts I think I have under control as Ive read the threads here, but more suggestions are very welcome
Getting food that I can bring to school is the trouble so if someone can suggestwhat foods could work there that would be great
Once I get home, what sort of foods/meal do you reccomend?
Then Dinners, is someone could suggest a few fine dinners that would be fantastic.
Thanks

Good foods to bring to school would be cans of tuna in water (try to find the ones with the pop-tops if possible) or, if you have them there, those sealed "bags" of tuna (which are nice because they're not drippy as the cans are). Combine with, say, whole-oat cakes, or a wholegrain bread, and you have a portable meal. You can also of course bring grains or beans for your carb.
Oatmeal/cottage cheese/egg white pancakes are another good, portable meal; they will keep just fine without refrigeration once cooked, and can be carried in a baggie or in a plastic reusable container.
If you feel like carrying a cooler with an ice pack, of course, then any of the other things mentioned would be fine, too.
