Hey u all....sometiems im really hungry at my house cause i dont want to eat anything bad....but the only things i have are yogurt and peanut butter sandwiches(but thats hiugh in fat)...what are some good healthy snacks to have? im tinkin nuts and edamame but i cant cook edamame yet :P

how about berries and bananas
and here are others I you may or may not consider snacks...
tuna
brown rice
apples
broccoli
carrots
cauliflower
chicken
cornflakes (my favorite)
egg whites
cucumbers
peaches
Tuna
Pears
That's all I can think of right now..... but there are many more.

Snacks are actually a no-no anyway. You should be eatting several small meals every few hours to avoid snacking
However, a "good" cheat type snack is FF SF pudding made with low carb milk and topped with FF cool whip works ONCE IN A BLUE MOON
