10 weeks ago I finished a weight gaining routine in which I gained too much fat. I maxed out at 205 lbs. This is my diet to try and cut. I plained with a 2200 calorie diet two weeks ago and I've been on this for the last 2 weeks. In my previous diet I believe I was taking in too much protein so I dropped a shake and added 2 pieces of fruit understanding that most say to lay off the fruit when cutting. In the last 2 weeks I have gone from 14.5% BFP to 12% BFP. I am a Male, 5' 9.5", 188LBS. Any critiques and advise would be appreciated.
