I tried making them, but they were too dry. It's like I didn't add enough eggs or water or something...?
Posted by: atherjen
add more applesauce

I wonder if I could sub the flour for protein powder.....anyone tried that? I'm looking for a healthy oatmeal cookie recipe
Posted by: atherjen
hmmmmm I think that would work! consistancy might be a lil diff but its worth a shot!

Ive made something similar with oats, pp, and egg whites, they were VERY dry. I guess the apple sauce would help keep it moist.

I made these oatmeal cookies Monday night Yum!! Love them.. But I don't add in nuts or raisins... and I used 1/2c applesauce--and half cup of whole wheat!
