would it be more beneficial to spread out my fat intake throughout the day? currently i eat most of my fat in the morning and at night. i work out late morning-midday. my fat that i usually intake are some walnuts with breakfast, salmon with salad dressing at around 8 and some peanut butter before i go to sleep

As long as all your fat isn't in 1 or 2 meals then its fine. Its important NOT to eat fat PWO and its important TO eat fat before bed.
I like to make it somewhat even just so my body utilizes the calories better.

yeah i usually get about 6 meals a day
i get about 15-20 grams at breakfast, 10-15 at my 8:00 dinner and another 10-15 at my prebed with my cottage cheese. i pretty much avoid fat like the plague post workout. how about preworkout does fat make that big a difference?
