Green Giant products?

Well, there are exactly 105 days till the official start of summer. This basically means I only have 15 weeks to get myself in "beach-ready" condition, and with the way I've been eating/slacking this winter I'll need every damn day.

Anyway, I was looking to set up some meals for myself to eat 6 times a day, each around 300-350 calories per meal. I wanted to get all of my carbs from veggies and stuff, but I realized that individually cooking and measuring all the different vegetables is a huge time drain and pain in my ass. I was wondering if I could just purchase some pre-packaged Green Giant products, like :

to put with my grilled chicken, tuna, or other protein source to give me a more balanced meal.

The only thing is though I thought I read awhile back that these frozen veggies suck and don't have the nutrients that fresh veggies have, and they might not be true veggies? Is that true and if so, can anyone explain?

I'm just looking to eat clean and get cut for summer but I can't stand carb-cycling or anything ketogenic as I frequently run long distances and will be starting marathon training towards the end of April. If anyone has any suggestions on meals that are easy to make, your suggestions would be appreciated.

Try in the frozen food section, divide into those plastic sandwich baggies, easy to nuke that way.
