Hello everyone. I have been a member of the Muscle & Fitness chat board for several months now and followed a link to a thread on this board. I read a few threads and was quite happy to see how helpful everyone is as well as how knowledgeable.
I'm not a heavy lifter yet as I am still fairly new to bodybuilding but I am making an effort. I hope everyone can help me out and I'll be happy to help others when I can.
