What is the most effective way to take Mag-10

I just got a bottle of Mag-10 and wanted to know if anyone has any success with this product? If so how, long were you on it? What did you take along with it if anything? Is it better to take it 8 hours or 12 hours?

never used it, do not care for Biotest, did you get the caps or liquid?

basically just follow the directions on the bottle:
Directions: As a dietary supplement, on day one, take 6 capsules two times per day, 8-12 hours apart. Thereafter, take 6 capsules one or two times per day. Do not exceed 12 capsules a day. Do not use for more than 2 weeks without taking a 2 week break from use.

make you are prepared for some PCT.

Just wanted to let you guys know I finished my bottle of Mag-10 a couple of weeks back.....I must say I'm impress with the results I put on about 10Lbs. from 215 to 225. MY goal is to get to about 235 then cut it back down to 225. right now I'm between 228 and 230. Oh Prince I was taking the liquid gell caps it's suppose to be the new and improve version.

I'm actually not in philly anymore got to update my profile. I'm in Delware County now, not to far from the airport. Although I do work in Philly around the Area they call the Bad Lands not to far from Edison Sr.High
