Diet ISSUE! Clenbuterol solution?

ok, hello/wassup -1st time posting...been readin in forums for past 3 days just to see what all has been posted...

Im 5'6, weigh 195 lbs. w/ about 23% body fat...(measured at Gym)... I am overweight of course, but only to try and be bigger once I lose most of fat...
k- here's the DEAL, I work out 4-5 times a week, work out a body part HARD for one day of the week usually 30-1hr depends on in between breaks and pretty much train to failure...after that I hit 30-45 mins of intense cardio till I sweat my pants off!...-following that while heartbeat is up, I go straight to Sauna for 10-15 min to Sweat more...

now, ive read that I should eat 5-6 times a week! ive tried it, and man I cannot seem to find a Diet Plan ANYWHERE! I dont have time to cook, for breakfast i'll eat normal sweet cereal, i'll then eat a honey/oatmeal grain bar 2 hrs later, then lunch (if its fast food, i'll help myself to maybe 1-2 tacos, or just a krispy chick. sandwich from mcD's *no fries or soda, to even a sandwhich) after that, i'll eat orange or so for another snack, then dinner...(man I'll go all out for dinner, mexicans LOVE to EAT!... then 2 hrs later try to eat another snack+stacker 2 w/ ephe. before hitting GYM...after working out hard i'll drinka protein drink that has 40 gr of protein...

other than that, I really dont take supplements yet, since I am trying to LOOSE the FAT, **I only take Stacker2 for ENERGY, not as a fat lost...
well again, I have maitained that weight for about 2-3 weeks, ill drop 2-5 lbs. then ill gain it back...could it be that I am gaining muscle and that's why im AVG. all the time?
should I start taking Clenbuterol?

I need help...any response would be greatly appreciated, and to moderators -sorry this post is LONG!...

kind of question is that? Do you really think Clen will help you with a diet like that? This was a joke right?

Try reading the sticky's at the top of this forum called Guide to Cutting. There are plenty of diets to get you started in there.

You are not going to loose the weight unless you get your diet together. You need to eat more often than you do, even if its a small meal. Also no fast food... you cant eat shitty ass McDonalds and loose weight. Sorry, but it aint gonna happen.

Im sure someone will chime in, and help you with a diet plan. Also, read the stickies at the top of this forum... VERY helpful.

You really need to get what you eat in order before you touch any drug...

your diet is not the worst ive seen in the world...but it is one of the worst ive seen where the person thought it was good..

you need to establish caloric macros... and then establish protien/carb/fat ratios...

Please read the stickies at the top of this forum...they will help you do this...


and BTW ....ephedra's energy boost will diminish within 2 and a half to 3 weeks of continual useage...

Sorry, this is the worst post I've ever read. WOnder why you're not dropping weight? LOOK AT YOUR DIET. Getting ripped requires DISCIPLINE, PLANNING and HARD WORK, all thigns that you seem so evidently unwilling to provide. No-one can help you but yourself, when you get the discipline to eat clean and cut out all the junk, and stop making excuses for yourself, then come back here and we'll help you with a meal plan.

How on earth can you think of messing with Clen when you can remedy the situation easily and inexpensively by eating properly? No offence, but I hate it when I'm asked questions like this.

well...hmmm diff. opinions...ill read the stickys, as for Primo and others...I guess I wasnt TOO specific, I do maybe eat once or twice eat ouf fast food but hey, whats wrong w/ a chicken sandwich? fried yes, but hmmm...no fries or soda w/ that...and the TACOS -beef=protein, lettuce/tomatoes=veggies, and taco shell fried yes, but made out of corn...anyways, last night I found out from a trainer that yes, im losing the fat but at same time keeping lean muscle and gaining mass as I go, therefore yes I will avg. out for another week or so, and the trainer did recommend me stick to a strick DIET...as for the excercise/workout I am more than DISCIPLINED, MOTIVATED, and STICK TO THAT!!!!!!!!!! but yes I do need work on DIET!

****and to ALL...there is NEVER A DUMB QUESTION!****

I was only askin' for advice and hmmm, I receive a few good one's and others...I'll just leave as that...though I might be a newbie here, doesnt mean I was BORN YESTERDAY!

I have no love for peeps who consider drugs as an option without even examining what they're so blatantly doing wrong with their diet. Beef tacos are a terrible source of nutrients. Corn tacos as a source of carbs? Ground pound as a source of protein? Read the stickys man, I'm sorry for being harsh on you but I just can't believe that so many people see drugs as the easy way out.

I just believe that people should take the opportunity and learn and read about things before asking questions. A lot of them can easily be answered by doing a little bit of research, that's not hard to do.

Also, time is an issue for everyone. However, if you are really serious about ANYTHING, you make the time. That may mean getting up earlier, etc., but those are small sacrifices.

You need to clean up your diet. Cut out the bars and sugar foods along with the ones that are fried. You would be amazed at what can be dropped by cutting out grease/fried stuff and sugar things.

Dieting takes planning, if you can plan your meals a day or so in advance and cook them ahead of time. Yes its a pain in the rear to do, but the benefits might be worth while. I prepare our meals the night before. You can buy small serving size containers from Walmart, they can be used to freeze and nuke food. Pack a small cooler with the basics, like your lean cuts of meat, brown rice/sweet potatoes and veggies. There are many products on the market that make eatting on the go a little easier for us busier people, just takes a little planning. Honestly the only thing I really ever cook on the stove anymore is meat, everything is is nuked in the micro.

Going the route of Clen isn't the cure all for what your wanting to do. It'll just be gained back if you loose any at all. If you feel that is the way you just have to go, make sure you do your research and know what your getting into.

Well said. Diet is the key- the use of ANY supplements should not be considered until the eatting is impeccable. Clen should really only be used at the very end of a cutting cycle to break a plateau. And even then, not everyone responds and it is NOT a miracle fat burner by any means...

I like Jodie's answer to your question. Planning, preparing and reasearching! You should never consider a drug as your first option. Besides from what I read about clen, it is not much better than a good fat burner which are useless without a proper diet.

thanx to all replies, will do further research, went grocery shopping today, and tried to stay on the healthy side, i'll still eat tacos but on corn tortilla w/ grilled fish...i'll limit myself to about two, as for rice...is brown better? also, would anyone recommend a good breakfast cereal other than plain wheaties? how 'bout the KSmart cereal...man, I need excitement in my food, thats the hard part! as for the drug, well...dont know yet -well see
had another good work out today.

D...try a good eca stack before going the Clen route. ECA meaning ephedra, caffine and asprin. You can get the ephedrine from Bulknutrition.com It's priced very well. The caffine, Walmart no doze or stay awake. Asprin..we all seem to have that in the cabinet.

This in my opinion would work just as well as the clen, plus alot less expensive.

I can't make any recommendations on cereal, etc. I like the sugar ones that I can't have right now. Brown rice would be better than white, but white rice won't kill you if you have it. Just don't go overboard with it. Try and buy everything fresh if you can. Stay away from the canned stuff. Lots if sodium.

If you're not even willing to clean up your diet until it's impeccable, or at least somewhat close to it, you'll just be wasting your money on ECA in an attempt to compensate for lack of discipline.

dont give us some BS excuse about how "you cant find a diet anywhere"...they are all over this board and numerous other websites.

step 1: stop making stupid excuses..they dont get you anywhere
step 2: find a plan and stick to it....most plans will work for a beginner so dont get too caught up in which is THE BEST.....just pick one and follow it for 10 weeks and see what happens...alot of people made alot of great progress on here...read there journals and see what they are doing....i am sure you'll notice a trend....there is no secret....only hard work and discipline on the diet!
