Confused about conversion?????

I am aiming to consume 200g of Protein and 260g of Carbs a day - I weigh 145lbs. Posts I have read lead me to believe that 1 calorie is equal to 4 grams of Protein. Now sitting down this morning trying to plan out my diet I come to meal 2 - 1 maxs RWG shake and a cup of macadamia nuts. The max's shake is easy coz its got the grams on the back, then looking at my calorie book it says 1 cup macadamias is 1080 calories. Now divide that by 4 is 270g, take off maybe 110g for fat im left with 110 grams. I don't believe that 1 cup of nuts is worth half of my daily protein intake! Please help where am I going wrong? I know its probably something simple, I really want get this right coz I know I cant progress any further without proper nutrition.

Im eating them as im typing this, about half way through. So how do I figure out how many grams is in them then if 1 gram= 4 calories. Sorry guys, maths has never been a strong point for me!

this might help for them:

Nuts, macadamia nuts, dry roasted, without salt added
1.000 cup, whole or halves 134.0 g=
962 calories
10.4g protein
10.7g fiber
101.9g fat
17.9g carbs

I've done that before.. maybe eaten more than a cup of nuts
